There are multiple grooves on the support, in which the busbars are fixed. At one end of the busway, there is a connection box, and inside the busway, there is a busbar tapping box. Fire-rated busway has excellent insulation performance, which can be used continuously in normal environments and in fire environments for more than an hour. They can be used in tall buildings and important facilities, replacing fire-resistant cables for power transmission and distribution.
Application NH ML fire-rated busway is suitable for transmission and distribution systems with a rated voltage below 690V, a rated working current of 250-5000A, and a frequency of 50-60Hz. After years of testing and industrial powered on operation, its electrical performance, fire resistance, and metal structure have all reached the advanced level. |
Structural performance
1. A "sandwich" phase line tightly stacked design, compact structure , small size, low impedance, low voltage, and good dynamic and thermal stability.
2. The covering is composed of a mixture of cold formed thin steel profiles. The side panels on both sides are our unique double-layer hollow structure, which effectively prevents high-temperature gases or flames from entering the busway directly through tight hollow. The surface of the busway covering is galvanized and sprayed with fireproof coating (when exposed to fire, the coating can quickly expand at a geometric speed on the surface of the busbar, forming a dense carbonized insulation layer, sealing all gaps of the busbar covering, and preventing high temperatures from directly entering the interior of the busway).

Insulation configuration
The insulation medium of NH ML fire-rated busbway mainly uses insulation support, using alumine high-temperature ceramic parts, high temperature resistance is up to 1000℃. The insulation of the busbar copper conductor is wrapped with a mixture of polyester imine and high-temperature resistant mica tape.
Technical parameters
1. A sandwich sealing structure, the general protection level is IP54.
2. The busway system can withstand a power frequency withstand voltage of 3750V for 1 minute without any breakdown or flashover.
3. When the busway system operates at the rated current for a long time, its temperature rise does not exceed: connection terminal: 60K, covering: 30K, and surface of internal insulation parts: 40K.
4. After a fire, the busway system can still maintain normal operation for 90 minutes even when the combustion temperature rises to 960 ℃.
